My question is with many people using these products, how does that work with Google? I would have to pretty much change the entire product After a while how would reach reach people without these products being seen or experienced already?

Good question.
In most cases our PLR products are not licensed for public web distribution. You have to sell them privately, lock them down to membership sites, package them with other products etc…. In the case where the PLR content IS allowed for public web then yes, you should re-write some of the content to make it unique.
The real way to use PLR is to have baseline content that you turn into your own. Or another example would be, use the PLR content then hire a ghostwriter or another freelancer to take the content and make something 100% unique to your name. The PLR is designed to save you time and money and get a product for sale quickly.
