I. Acceptance of Terms

Best Quality PLR, herein refereed to as BQP, provides the following services to you subject to these Terms Of Service (TOS). These terms may be updated periodically and no prior notice will be required. Failure to act in accordance with these TOS may result in loss of membership.

II. Description of Services

BQP is a web-based membership site that allows members to download our PLR articles, videos, products and graphics.

III. Disclaimers

All Content Provided “As Is”. Members can request changes/fixes, but BQP does not guarantee any further modifications.

The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that we are not engaged in any professional service such as providing legal advice or medical services.

We are not responsible in any manner for links or linked content on websites owned or controlled by others. We provide any links only as a convenience and not as a recommendation or endorsement of the linked content.  Links may also die or redirect at further dates, we can not control that.

BQP makes no warranty that your membership will: Meet Your Requirements or Be Uninterrupted or Error Free.

Any BQP claims of monthly or weekly output, are based on a yearly average.

IV. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BQP, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any alleged claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of content, you use of products or services or your use of links within the membership, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another. The user is solely responsible for his or her actions when using the membership, including, but not limited to, costs incurred for Internet access.

V. Prohibited Uses

You will not assign, sublicense, transfer, pledge, sell, lease, rent, lend, or otherwise copy the content, or any part of it, or share your rights under this Agreement, to others. UNLESS SPECIFIC PRODUCT RIGHTS ALLOW SO.

You will not give others access to your username and password.

You will not violate any laws, third party rights, or this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, not posting any material or content that is defamatory, harassing, belongs to someone else, is obscene or pornographic.

You will not provide false or misleading information to us.

VI. No Waiver of Rights

Our failure to enforce any rights granted in this Agreement or to take action against any other party in the event of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver by us as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.

VII. Promotional Disclosure

From time to time BQP may accept forms of cash advertising. This could include mailers and/or banner ads live on site.

BQP ensures that all advertisements meet our strict quality guidelines. We will always give our honest opinions on sponsored products. We will not mislead, or post potentially misleading ads. All advertising will be marked as so, no attempts to mask promotions will be taken.

VIII. No Resale Of Membership

You agree not to share information from the membership to people outside the membership.

IX. Termination

You agree that BQP at it’s sole discretion, may terminate your password and account, for any reason, including, and without limitation, if BQP believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS.  BQP may also, at its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the membership, with or without notice.  All subscription payments would cease and desist if the membership were terminated.

X. Submission of Ideas

BQP accepts and encourages the submission of ideas for Content. BQP reserves the right to determine the niche Content each month and the education book offered.  All ideas and information that are submitted will be evaluated and action may or may not be taken.

XI. General Information

The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and BQP and governs your use of the Membership, superseding any prior agreements between you and BQP (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the TOS) and any prior representations by BQP.

XII. Revisions

PHW may at any time revise these Terms of Service by updating this posting. By using this Membership, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the then-current Terms of Service to which you are bound.

XIII. Pricing

The monthly price of BQP will be subject to increase at any time.  YOUR price will stay the same for as long as you are a member in good standing.  Missing a payment, or canceling your account can result in you losing your value pricing.

XIV. Cancellations

Once you cancel your membership, BQP will instantly deactivate your account.  You will have the rights to any products you downloaded before that time, but you will instantly lose access to the members area and all the benefits that includes.
